I've been experiencing an issue with fps for a while now, and I'm seeking your assistance to resolve it. In the video, you'll notice the frame rate drops briefly before recovering. This occurs quite frequently, every minute or less. Since the problem began, I upgraded my graphics card and RAM, which is now running an AMD model. Watching the video from the 24th second should help clarify the cause.
update the BIOS of the motherboard
verify the CPU temperature
