I use ASUS AC as well, and I also use AMD Adrenalin for updates. I tried adjusting all settings in the games tab, such as super resolution, fluid motion frames, and anti-lag. I didn't test with just the mouse and KB. I plan to test that later so I can identify each setting I try.

Hey, I've been checking if it disappeared before, but it seems it hasn't. I realized it's more common when I use Alt+Tab in the game. Doing it makes it happen more often. When I switch to full screen instead of windowed, it becomes less noticeable. It's frustrating to play in full screen. I think there might be an issue with Alt+Tab while playing the game for some reason. It's not related to Chrome. I noticed this when I switched to Spotify, and it happened with other apps too.

I return here to share my answer. The Discord overlay is handling it. I turned it off and still experienced no freezes in two days while playing various games. There were no micro stutters or major crashes.
