ran Windows Update troubleshooter, performed disk cleanup, executed SFC & DISM, cleared Windows Update cache, and cleaned registry entries. However, the "windowsUpdate" folder isn't present in my registry, which suggests the problem persists despite these actions.

Ensure your system meets the minimum requirements for Windows 11. Updating is essential—don’t underestimate the need for it. Check if TPM 2.0 and AMD-V are activated for Windows 11.
