I've just upgraded my build to this.
The PC functions well now and no longer crashes unexpectedly.
Bios required an update (flash bios). The PSU was insufficient, needing at least 1200W.
The RAM should be switched to XMP in the BIOS settings or it would keep shutting down. Using two RAM slots instead of four seemed to resolve the issue with the system failing when using four RAM sticks and XMP.
However, my PC is now overheating during gaming only. It happens when I'm playing games.
I own a Corsair H150i, which should suffice for my build but still gets hot while playing.
In the Corsair software, the GPU temperature reaches 82% during gameplay but drops to 50% when not in use.
The CPU temperature increases from 30°C to 42°C within 15 minutes. It returns to 30°C almost immediately after exiting the game.
Should I increase the CPU voltage? I haven't overclocked before, so I'm unsure.
Do I need to upgrade the cooler?
Is my PSU still inadequate and might I require more power?
Please help!

Precisely what temperatures are being generated from the CPU? You can use HWmonitor to track all your temperatures. Ensure the cooling plate from the AIO is properly aligned with the CPU. Verify this by removing the cooling plate and observing the thermal paste distribution. It should evenly cover the CPU and match its dimensions. Remember to reapply the thermal paste afterward. What configuration are you applying on the AIO? Custom curve, quiet, High performance, etc.?

CPUID HWMonitor might not be the top choice for precise monitoring. HWMonitor often displays my 7950X at unusually high frequencies of 6522MHz across most cores, which seems improbable.
Some users have mentioned that HWiNFO provides more consistent accuracy for various motherboard chipsets.
I still rely on HWMonitor but remain skeptical about its data.
For a 7800X3D cooling from 31 to 42°C in just 15 minutes, it’s mainly the cooler absorbing heat from the CPU. I recently experienced my 7950X running nonstop for 36 hours at an elevated 89°C during a 4K render, so a 42°C reading while gaming isn’t cause for concern.
I recommend updating to the latest BIOS that incorporates the recent 1.30V limit to avoid severe overheating in X3D chips.

I repositioned the CPU cooler and it appears to have resolved the problem. The CPU now caps at 80 degrees Celsius. Previously, it would reach 90, but the actual readings were between 30 to 42, which correspond to the fan temperature.
