I might consider a different time slot next.

doesn't function properly, but the BIOS has been refreshed to the most recent release before upgrading the CPU

I’d remove it from the case now and keep only basic hardware. Connect the power pins on the FP connections to see if it starts. Also, sharing some images could clarify what you might have overlooked.

It's a prebuild form 2011/12 and hasn't been really opened since, i cleaned it. but still got a little dust on it. I can't work on it at the moment because of quarantine, can't leave the house till monday. If you think of any solutions based on the pictures or need another one from a different angle just reply. Thank you all for trying to come up with a solution.

I believe the issue lies with the PSU. Since the system fails to power on even briefly and the power button remains unresponsive, replacing the PSU might be the best solution. The fact that the motherboard lights stay on suggests the card itself may be the problem.

It might be several possibilities at once, so we're testing different approaches to see what works. Please give patience to any ideas you've already tried or haven't tried yet. We should reach our goal eventually. Also, I'm not sure if the device is simply not configured properly, so consider resetting the CMOS in case any previous settings are causing issues. The simplest method would be to power off the PC, hold the power button for a moment to clear residual charge, remove the battery from the motherboard, wait briefly, then reinsert it and turn it back on. Try starting the computer again—if it boots, you're in. You can then enter BIOS to adjust settings as needed.
