Your Wi-Fi connection has been inconsistent, and you're considering swapping out your built-in card. Since you have the model details and part numbers, check compatibility with your PC. Let me know if you need further guidance!

You're asking about possible solutions for connectivity issues. Have you considered updating your drivers? You might also want to try swapping it out, but if your network setup isn't optimized or your router isn't performing well, a new card won't fix everything. Have you performed a wireless survey to understand the 2.4GHz and 5GHz channel analysis? What is the make and model of your wireless router? Open the Elitebook, find the Intel 7260 WiFi adapter, and take a photo of it. This adapter is a half mini PCIe WiFi card.
