Hey everyone, I'm facing a puzzling PC problem. Recently, I swapped my X470 motherboard for an X570S and started experiencing tiny freezes—about every 5 to 10 seconds—where everything from my cursor to my frame rate stalls or jumps. On 3DMark, my frame rate plummets from 140 FPS to 20 FPS and then spikes back up instantly. This only happened after the new board was installed. I also noticed odd app crashes at launch and other strange behavior. I've tried everything: changing BIOS settings, adjusting voltages, reinstalling drivers, reseating the CPU and NVMe drive. It's really confusing what might be behind it. Any advice would be super helpful!

Specs: New Windows 11 Pro 5900X AM4, X570S, Gigabyte Aurora Master, 32GB DDR4 3600MHz, WD Black 850X NVMe, EVGA 3090, 850X SSD.
