Relocated to Windows *** This version is incomplete. Do you have Media Creation Tool or are you downloading an ISO file directly from the website? (Note: This applies to systems other than Windows.) And remember, you need Media Creation Tool, Rufus, or a similar program to attach the ISO to a USB drive before booting.

I apologize for not being detailed enough. It seems I downloaded it straight to the flash drive, but encountered an issue around the middle of the process—I don’t recall the exact error. Eventually, I figured it would help to test it on Windows, where it functioned properly with the creation tool.
