The interrupts occur repeatedly each second and become more obvious in CS:GO. They began roughly a month ago and have persisted. I investigated the issue already but haven’t found a fix. Someone mentioned my CPU might be the cause, but I need guidance on confirming this. My system specs are: CPU Intel Core i5 4590 @3.3GHz, Motherboard MSI Z97 Gaming 5, GPU Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 (MSI), RAM 16GB DDR3, HyperX Fury @933MHz, SSD Samsung 750 EVO 120GB, HDD Seagate 1TB, PSU Corsair CX750M, Monitor Dell U2414H (1920x1080, 60Hz), Mouse Zowie EC1-B. I upgraded the RAM from 8GB to 16GB a few days ago, but the stuttering continues unchanged. I also checked CPU, GPU, and motherboard temperatures during gameplay with Speccy—they’re all within normal ranges. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I haven't increased my CPU's clock speed.

I thought it was being overclocked since you referenced the clock speed. Otherwise, there would be no need to note that it differed from the stock setting. What were they?

Take one RAM stick out and proceed with an 8GB configuration. It might help improve performance.

I'll attempt it the next day, as I don't have the time at the moment.
