Suggest resetting your overclock and any enabled RAM settings like DOCP or XMP. Run a full system test using factory settings, and monitor for crashes. It might mean the overclock is no longer reliable.
Checked Windows 11 and discovered Ryzen Master might trigger the BSOD during startup. It occurred after installing Ryzen Master and setting up Curve Optimizer, resulting in an IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR EQUAL_TO stornvme.sys error. Safe mode works. Restored to Windows 10 and reconfigured Curve Optimizer in the BIOS. NVMe drives are fine.
