I checked the pins and everything looks okay. My CPU temperatures are lower now after reapplying thermal paste. The SoC voltage seems to influence the IMC. I’ve experimented with it—at 1.15V the problematic core appears to survive longer during the PRIME95 test. I’ll see how it performs in-game. It’s unlikely a new CPU will automatically solve this, but I probably won’t need to deal with it if I want to play without crashes. I’m also planning an AM4 upgrade later, so I’ll have a replacement ready.

I haven't encountered any issues in the game at 1.15v with 3200 C16 except during restarts, which happened only a couple of nights ago. Usually I slow down to 2400. I'm planning to try 3000 C15 without restarting and keep the browser open to check the results. Thanks for the feedback!
