I have an MSI Z97 MPOWER Max AC 1150 ATX board with two PWM CPU fan connectors, one of which isn’t working properly. The fan connected to it makes a slight noise when the system boots and spins slowly if I jump-start it with my finger. Increasing the fan speed manually only brings it to barely under half speed. Voltage checks at the faulty header showed just 3.1 volts, while the same pin on another fan header functions normally. My Core Frozr XL uses two fans, so fixing that header is essential. I don’t want to use a splinter or any DIY hacks. Anyone know a trustworthy repair shop for this kind of board?
