It's usually preferable to set up via BIOS, since it lets you shape the disk during installation. This isn't possible with Windows alone. Make a bootable USB and start using it

You're in the BIOS of your ASUS Z270-K Prime. To access the USB drive, look for a section labeled "USB," "Boot Options," or similar—often under Advanced or Recovery settings. If not immediately visible, try pressing F2, F12, or Del during boot to open the menu and search for the USB option.
Search for Boot Manager or a comparable option and locate the Boot Priority setting. Use that menu to choose your flash drive, which will start from there instead of the main drive. OR press F8/F2 when the BIOS loads to access the boot menu directly. I don’t recall the exact steps.
It will launch on F12 or F9. Continue pressing until the boot screen appears. Don't adjust the device priority. Also, you cannot install via the BIOS.
Searching for "How to do a clean install of Windows 10 Lot's of videos" on YouTube will yield tutorials covering the process, steps, and tips for performing a fresh installation.
A note on terminology: Disks with a k refer to various digital storage devices featuring a rotating disc, such as HDDs and floppy disks (not SSDs). Disks with a c are specific to CDs and DVDs, distinct from other media types.
