Removing Windows 11 push services
Windows 11 is displaying the services in the screenshot and there isn't a 'stop pushing' option. If I click 'continue, will it activate anything? Can I refuse to enable the services then?

You can tap on remind me later, that's what I typically do with my version of Windows 11. You might also consider optimizing your OS for a more detailed experience.
Click on "Continue". Reject each offer separately. The "Backups" choice is unclear. Choose "Backup only on this computer" to decline.
And you notice this only when a new install happens or during an annual Feature Update.
That means it's infrequent.
You can choose to "remind me later" or simply "Continue" and handle each one separately. It won't work automatically unless you stay alert to the clicks you make.
I believe there might already be a way to turn it off within the services GUI, registry, and power shell command to stop running.
