The issue began recently. Did your actions contribute to what’s happening?

Collect Autoruns from the provided link and execute it. Wait for the list to update, which may take up to 30 seconds. Save the generated .arn file. @PorkishPig

Later on, after setting up my new computer and installing several programs over a few weeks, I realized something might be the issue. Now that it’s been four months, I’m exhausted from it and decided it was time to remove it.

Consider disabling DAEMON Tools Lite Automount in Task Manager, then restart your system.

It was turned off after I looked, then I enabled all autorun options in the settings and removed everything, but it keeps appearing.

The message isn't very clear about which app is triggering the issue. When the UAC alert appears, it usually shows the program requesting access in the taskbar. You might want to try launching the computer in Safe Mode to see if the problem persists. If it doesn’t appear, it could point to an installed application rather than the operating system itself.
