Removing stock applications
Removing stock applications
You can remove the default or stock applications on Windows 11 by going to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features and unchecking any unwanted programs. This should help prevent the startup issues you're experiencing.
Access the AppData directory, assign it to your user profile, and remove everything inside. The item could be reinstalled via the Microsoft Store.
You can remove apps without an uninstall feature using PowerShell. For instance, to uninstall the Photos app, refer to this link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/wind...744c5a359f
