I recently purchased another iPhone, and now I understand why I dislike iTunes. To use my device, I need to approve it, but Apple restricts me to only five computers, and I don’t have access to any of the ones I’ve authorized before. Could there be a way to revoke those approvals, or would creating a new Apple ID and starting over be the simplest solution?... Also, just to clarify, is the spelling 's' or 'z' in this context? It’s confusing even for Apple.

It uses tools to replace iTunes, eliminating its issues and offering more straightforward features. Since discovering this app, I haven’t used iTunes at all.

Head to the iTunes store, then navigate to your account. You’ll notice a button labeled "deauthorize all."

I'll look into it once a year, but only from an approved device, that's the issue...

Varies by location. In Australia, it's written with 's'.
