Select the Folder / File Properties, navigate to the Security tab, then Advanced at the bottom. Click Change on the top, enter object name as "Authenticated users," click Check Names and OK. Go to Change permissions, disable inheritance, remove all inherited items, add with principle "Authenticated Users," check names, apply and OK. This method consistently resolves issues with stubborn folders or files. The highlighted blue section may vary; ensure it matches the disabling step for success.
