I’m selling my laptop and noticed the Ubuntu 14.04 installation remains in the boot manager. When I try to select it, it shows up as “grub.” There’s no clear option to remove it. I have a Lenovo IdeaPad N580. Can you help me fix this?

Just want to start Windows? Delete the Ubuntu section. Use Windows repair tool, which will bring you back to the Windows boot menu.
