Early last year I created PayPal and YetiPay profiles, logging in four years prior. While reviewing a notebook filled with saved credentials, I noticed stored passwords for both services but couldn’t access the accounts or the associated emails. My current phone number differs from the one linked to these numbers, and the SIM was previously blocked due to insufficient activity. PayPal’s policy requires annual login to keep the account active. If I maintained a yearly login, would my 20 złotys PLN balance remain intact or reset as a maintenance charge? Would the same apply to a YetiPay account?

Review the terms and conditions regarding functionality. I haven't used my PayPal account since 2006, but I'm sure it still operates properly. I've changed the password recently and haven't made any payments.
