Hi everyone, here’s what I’ve learned. Photos are attached. I have limited hand mobility and used an incorrect Philips screwdriver, which caused a screw on the Auros Ultra motherboard to come out. My partner helped remove it with an elastic band, but there was a nut stuck underneath. On the second M2 slot, the second M2 heatsink screw didn’t get stripped, and it came off cleanly without the nut. I contacted Gigabyte for a replacement part, but they’re slow to respond. I’m asking if anyone has tips on removing the nut and screw, or where to buy a new screw and nut on Amazon UK if I can’t replace the original. Thanks! Update: After installing the NVMe drive and reattaching the heatsink, it worked.
