Removed AVG executable file.

Average thought the dying light EXE was a virus, so I expected to delete it. But now I’m wondering if it’s possible to reinstall the EXE from Steam or if I need to re-download the whole game. Also, I’m concerned about my saved progress and whether it will be safe that way.

Right-click the game, properties, check the game cache or similar, remove AVG and install Avast. AVG is not useful.

AVG generates numerous false alarms. It can even identify itself as malware and remove it.

I own the most valuable PC, but it lacks antivirus software since I don’t feel like installing it. #YOLO My old laptop and the new one were forced to get protection because of school requirements.
