You’ve removed the old HDD and installed a new SSD. If you need to wipe Windows before reinstalling, DBAN is one option, but there are faster alternatives like using a bootable USB with disk formatting tools or built-in OS recovery methods. After wiping, the drive will be ready for a fresh installation.

During installation, simply format the drive. POOF! All data disappears. GL!
