Hello, Your laptop isn’t functioning properly (the troubleshooting was in another thread). You’re considering selling it. Can you remove the Windows account and possibly all data from it remotely on another computer? Since you’re signed in with your Microsoft account now, there might be no other way except physically taking out the SSD, connecting it to another PC, and wiping the data that way. Thanks ahead and have a great day!

Avoid driving away. Use the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to reinstall Windows 10. Wipe all partitions during setup.

If it doesn’t work, there’s nothing to remove manually. To erase all information, remove the SSD and wipe it. If the laptop remains operational, create a bootable USB and perform the wipe that way.
