Hello, I see you're using multiple drives linked to different accounts. It's possible to detach the personal drive from your university account by adjusting your file explorer settings or contacting your university IT support for assistance. View the one drive icon on the SYATEM tray in TASKBAR 1. Tap it (red shown). Next, tap Help & settings when it appears (yellow). Then tap settings (orange). Move to the ACCOUNT tab (red). Press unlink this PC (black). Finally, tap unlink in the confirmation box. Edited November 18, 2020 by Abhirupam Sarmah
