My laptop no longer updates, and I noticed it started to boot more slowly over time—from the first installation until it was a year behind schedule. The login process took about 15 seconds to load.

I made a mistake during the previous setup and installed Windows 10 instead of 11. The pop-ups aren’t appearing now. Since TPM is turned off in BIOS, it might be related.
