I swapped the previous Logitech keyboard and mouse for the MS Keys S Combo, removed the old drivers from Device Manager. When I restarted, two keyboards appeared in the BIOS screen and were still listed in Device Manager with a warning they had been deleted. Google suggests only doing what I did or using a method to block any Microsoft drivers, which seems too extreme. I just need the original ones without the new ones. It seems the system can’t tell the difference between the old and new drivers, which are likely the same. This isn’t a major issue, but I’m curious about why this is happening.

That's the correct version. Excellent hardware. Previous models were the most affordable, yet Logi was very popular. After disconnecting the device and removing the drivers, I'm confused about why they should reappear, especially since they've been replaced. Maybe as a backup so you can't lose connection to the hardware and lose keyboard and mouse control, which I think is a tough situation.
