Remove M.2 from Windows 10 settings
Remove M.2 from Windows 10 settings
I have some experience with computers but I’m having trouble figuring this out. About four days back I added a Samsung 980 Pro M.2 to my PC to swap in the gaming drives I kept. It functioned well for a couple of days before suddenly vanishing from Windows. The issue is it stopped working after a few days and still appears in BIOS. All checks I’ve done so far—physical slot, drivers, device manager, disk management, PowerShell, firmware updates, BIOS settings—nothing changed. I’m not sure what’s happening. My system specs are: Ryzen 5 5600G, MSI B550-A, 8x2 G.Skill RAM, Asus Dual RTX 3060, 12GB PNY 120GB SSD (Boot), Seagate ST1000 (Game/Storage), Samsung 980 1TB M.2 (new game/storage), and it’s not working. I’m really hoping someone can help!
