Hi, your harddisk still has the EFI system partition left after installing Windows for data use. The Disk Manager option to delete it is disabled. You've tried DiskPart and the Windows Installer, both showing issues. You might need to check the partition table or use a different tool like CHKDSK or third-party utilities.

Windows tends to be a bit picky when removing those files, so I usually just restart and use an Ubuntu USB drive nearby to wipe out the partitions whenever needed. It doesn’t happen very often.

The issue occurs across all drives due to virtual memory being activated. It's because Windows 10 with a Windows 7 skin is using EFI volume settings, not standard Windows 7. The EFI volume shows up in DiskPart, but the second recovery partition isn't listed and can't be deleted, causing the error.
