Usually you press Ctrl+Shift+Del and choose the options you need. Later you can open Chrome in incognito mode so it doesn't save history or cookies, etc. Ctrl+Shift+N

I see, I removed my web history quite a bit. But this bothersome YouTube video still keeps showing up in my search bar at the top—it's really annoying.
