You can fully remove the Spectre/Meltdown patches. Since you're using an older i3 CPU on a gateway device, upgrading to Ivy Bridge isn't possible. You've already managed patch settings with InSpectre, which has shown noticeable performance changes. There’s no built-in way to delete these patches completely, and Android doesn’t offer a similar option either. It seems the issue is mostly resolved in web browsers, so you’re using safer software.
