I posted this on Stack Overflow but I guess this is a better place to find an answer to this question original link: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/6001...it-machine So my friend accidentally installed a 64-bit version of adobe XD on her system (32-bit) and gave it to me after not being able to locate the app, I thought it was not installed properly so I ran the 32-bit installer and got a message that the app is already installed, I've done my best to locate it but with no luck (didn't even show up in the control panel), after that I checked the files that were used in the initial install and it was 64-bit. Now I don't know where to find it, the installer doesn't give me the option to delete the installed version.

You can browse the registry manually... cleaning tools seem simpler

For intricate applications it will take a lengthy procedure focusing mainly on regedit. Consider using more sophisticated registry tools such as Registry Workshop or TrigrH find.

I'm using Geek Uninstaller—it automatically searches for registry traces after removal.
