You can reach the group policies from another network by ensuring proper network connectivity and using secure methods like VPN or direct IP access.

Are you responsible for managing the domain or creating group policies there? Do you have access via RDP to a device in that network with the Group Policy tool or VPN to reach the right controllers? Clarify your actions—previously you mentioned cross-network remote registry, but it would help to know more details.

I'm handling a computer issue, it keeps malfunctioning. I've managed the updates locally, so this won't be necessary anymore. I'm using Team Viewer instead.

Remote Registry comes pre-installed with Windows and allows you to manage Group Policy from a distance. However, it needs you to be on the same network—physically or via VPN—for security. Leaving it exposed to the internet would be highly risky.
