My PC won't start at all. I disassembled it to clean it and reassemble, but it still won't turn on. I used a screwdriver and everything worked, yet the PSU spins when I clean it up. When I press the flash BIOS button on the motherboard, the red light comes on to show it's trying to flash the BIOS. So the board and components are powered but can't start. When you turn on your PC, check the EZ debug indicator located to the right of the motherboard near the 24-pin connector. Identify which LED is lit to determine which part is malfunctioning. If no lights appear, verify that the EZ LED control switch is activated. This reference is page 42 of your motherboard manual.
I attempted to power on my PC but it wouldn't start. I disassembled it in search of the issue and removed the CPU, finding excess thermal paste inside. I cleaned everything with a toothbrush and isopropyl alcohol, yet it still won't turn on when the CPU is present. Since it doesn’t spin at all, it suggests either the CPU is damaged or the motherboard socket is missing.
I don't have a specific method, but typically you use isopropyl alcohol or a specialized CPU socket cleaner.
