Hi! I tried updating the Nvidia drivers multiple times but got nothing. I decided to reinstall Windows now. My GTX 970 is showing low GPU load and running much slower than my old GTX 760. I’m wondering if reinstalling will fix things. I need one user account for me (games and stuff) and another for my dad (who just uses Office and AutoCAD). Should I install Windows, keep one user, add drivers, then add the second account after installation?

You choose what you need, and it provides one complete installer. It's quite helpful.

Consider staying on Windows 7 Ultimate or upgrade to Windows 10.8.1 based on your needs.

Windows 8.1 is a solid choice. I favor it over Windows 7.

Thanks in advance. I'll remain in W7 Ultimate since most of my tools function there.
