I’ve been dealing with this for a while now. Most updates are under 1mb, but I keep getting pop-ups. Anyone else experiencing this? It’s been going on for over a month. Before, I ignored them since they didn’t seem to make much difference, so I’d update Windows only when there were more builds.

Consider checking the latest update. I believe it's Windows Security Essential/Defender, which allows automatic updates—you're all set. It shouldn't cause any issues.

The security patches are probably the main issue, turning them off should resolve the problemSmile

Theres an option somewhere that you'll only be notified for security updates. So if there are security updates, you can just install all the updates, its just not as annoying, while you should still have all the safety there is.
