Hello! I’ve sent this again because the problem hasn’t been fixed yet and it’s becoming more frequent. It started around late 2023, when I decided to restart my system for a clean slate. Previously, my PC had reliability issues (details later), so I cleaned everything out, reinserted the GPU, RAM, and CPU, and applied fresh cooling paste. I updated all drivers and reinstalled the latest Windows 10, but the core issue remains.
Symptoms: Every boot triggers a booting sequence from the MB Onboard Q LEDs to identify the fault. Occasionally, the white LED stays lit (indicating VGA problems), and even after using the built-in restart option, the process halts. I’ve tried reconnecting the HDMI cable to the GPU, but it’s not a guaranteed solution.
Despite daily use with high graphics settings and temperature monitoring, I rarely encounter crashes—no blue screens or stuttering games. However, the problem can recur multiple times a day and disappear for weeks before returning.
I’ve downloaded all available drivers for both the GPU and motherboard, and performed a BIOS flash last month when the issue resurfaced. I’m running out of options and would greatly appreciate any guidance or support from others who’ve faced similar challenges.

The reason I write long submissions is that one would have the full picture. here's the short one: When I turn on my computer, the motherboard stucks in 'inspection phase', and the white QLED (GPU error) stays on, and it never boots. after this I can try rebooting, and replugging the HDMI cable with little to no success. After a successful boot, I experience no problem with GPU usage whatsoever, which doesn't help with finding a solution. My evergreen problem with such a sort topic, is that one would ask me everything that I already stated in the main topic.
Yes, the issue seems minor but unclear. It might randomly boot or not, and sometimes you need to plug in the HDMI each time. It could relate to PCIe settings—check if your motherboard uses PCI3 or PCI4. If it supports PCI4, some boards do have that.
Occasionally it starts, occasionally it fails, and when it does fail, I experiment with the HDMI connection, so you're on the right track. As reported by CPUZ, the system uses PCIe 3.
