Registry cleanup
Registry cleanup
Occasionally it's needed to uninstall poorly designed software such as Discord or AMD Radeon. From my experience, they don't disappear from places like "Settings and Apps" at all. I prefer reinstalling Windows rather than leaving behind duplicate, nonfunctional entries. Removing them from the registry also eliminates these poorly coded programs from other locations.
The registry functions as a database. Adding more records doesn't hinder system speed or performance. Cleaning it with tools can introduce hidden issues that only appear after a Windows Update. It's not recommended. If you're sure and familiar with the registry, you might manually remove entries for specific games, though it could cause nighttime worries. Avoid using any software for this task.
