Browsers are primarily built on Chrome or Chromium, while Firefox operates independently. Testing Firefox would be a reasonable alternative.
I have never heard of memtest before, here is a screenshot of it running for 30 min on power.
I could test Firefox to check if it works better. However, this doesn't address Discord closures or similar issues.
It’s still wise to have an extra USB drive and run comprehensive diagnostics with tools like Memtest86 or Memetest86+. They provide more detailed checks.
