I didn’t come across any refunds in their agreement when I first bought something from Steam. I kept reading it again and still found nothing. What I’m aiming for is to search for the settlers rise of an empire memory error online—people mention it’s a long-standing issue that hasn’t been resolved, and there don’t seem to be solutions that helped me.
