B Bios is outside of windows and all that. Can you tell me your os and if it's 32bit or 64?

BIOS can be updated (flashed) without depending on the operating system. Perform the update directly through the BIOS using a USB drive. If it's not feasible, attempt using the Windows utility. However, I suggest updating via BIOS whenever possible.
