Refresh rate set to 1 hertz on this model.
The refresh speed is set to 1 hertz. I've attempted various fixes including adjusting display settings, changing refresh rate, reinstalling drivers, setting maximum performance in Windows, using NVIDIA control panel, and disabling battery optimization and GeForce Experience. Still unsure what's causing the issue.
