sharing thoughts on the GIGABYTE X570 AORUS ELITE
seeking feedback from users who’ve had this board will help me stay in touch until I can upgrade to a Ryzen 3000 series model.

A Ryzen 3600X paired with a 3600Mhz TridentZ NEO board performed well, making it a solid setup. However, using Corsair memory wasn't ideal since many recommend avoiding such combinations; some users reported issues with compatibility. Turning on XMP resolved the problem. The board also features a USB Type C/3.1 Gen 2/3.2 Gen 2 header, which could be useful in the future.

It's a solid board, similar to most X570 models available today. You're likely right—it's the flagship model from Gigabyte and is frequently highlighted by reviewers. If you can afford it, go for it. Honestly, I’d prefer the B450 instead. Why choose the X570?

@Saksham X570 works with Ryzen 3000 chips. Upgrading the BIOS might let it run 4000 series on the AM4 platform. The B450 only covers 2000 and 3000 models, while the X570 offers improved power for the 3900X if required.

I don't have a specific plan yet, but I'm ready to help you decide once you choose your CPU!
