This game stands out as one of the top triple A optimized versions released recently, though it isn't flawless. It experiences occasional crashes, online performance has minor issues (less severe than the console version but still present), and the RCS launcher has some bugs. The frequent patch updates indicate active development, even though improvements are less frequent than ideal. I appreciate the regular updates, as they show ongoing work. Right now I'm switching to another version—likely 1.02—and expect the patch notes for this release later today.

Absolutely, I'm all in. Rockstar should be giving some pushback for pushing the game forward while it's still buggy. If they hadn't been so focused on how flawless the PC version would be, I wouldn't have any issues. I haven't seen these problems myself, but I've noticed a few others. Spawning from the opposite side of the map with your squad, seeing unusually high CPU and GPU usage in the 10 car garage, and confusing menus are definitely red flags.

rockstar shared the patch update in the afternoon. The 1.01 notes were released much later than when the patch was live.

Recent changes focus mainly on GTA Online stability improvements. This should address the driving teleport issue you mentioned.

Hate my existence. It hasn't been today's patch yet, I checked the notes earlier. Edit: https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-...1-01-Notes "Last Friday"

The most recent update is 1.01, and both Steam and Rockstar only reference this version. Are you suggesting a different release like 1.02, or are you referring to the story mode cheat patch?

1.02 is scheduled for about 3 hours. Update: All radio stations are now streaming Justin Bieber tracks.
