Hello. Here are the details you provided:

Processor: Intel Core i7 9700K
Graphics: NZXT Kraken X72 Asus Rog Strix Z390-F
GPU: GAMING RTX2070 O8G
Memory: 8GB GDDR6, 16GB RAM (2x8GB)
Storage: 500GB NVMe SSD, M.2 card Toshiba P300 3.5"
Cooling: Corsair Vengeance RGB 16GB
Power Supply: Corsair RM750x, 8GB DDR4

I noticed some instability with my 5GHz overclock. I tried to begin fresh but the BIOS update reset everything. Now I’m having trouble reaching the same performance levels as before. I suspect my CPU might be failing. The previous stable settings were:
- Multiplier: 50
- XMP: Enabled
- AVX: On
- Auto MCE: On
- LLC: 5
- Voltage: 1.385V VCORE @ load
- AC/DC Load Line: 0.01 / 0.01 VCCIO
- VCCSA: 1.150V

I completed tests on Realbench and Prime95, but struggled with 2 hours of Realbench and 15 minutes of P95. Temperatures stayed normal during gaming (50-65°C). I’m unsure if this is due to hardware issues or improper setup. Please let me know what happened over the past decade. Thanks!
