It was straightforward, everything was fine before. Then I moved into a new home and switched to a slower internet plan with limited speed. I paused the Windows update until I got a faster connection, which arrived in a few days. Once I had the fast internet, an error appeared after I reactivated it. Before relocating, my updates were functioning properly. I checked everything—Windows 7, updates, registry, services—and confirmed no viruses or temp files. I even tried manual downloads and installation, but nothing worked. My PC is Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1, and I haven’t installed any new software. I’m certain the issue isn’t related to the internet. I need guidance on what to do next—updating my PC is essential.

You didn't hear me right—yes, I read your post, and I repeated it multiple times, even with Windows services enabled. The issue persists.

Threaten your PC with an axe—maybe it reacts to death threats.

I understand, when the machine replies "no" I feel upset. Maybe I could try to make things more upbeat.

It's really annoying since I don't know what to do. I already have more than 50 software installed, so I don't want to reinstall everything.
