I even tried manual downloads and installation, but nothing worked. My PC is Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1, and I haven’t installed any new software. I’m certain the issue isn’t related to the internet. I need guidance on what to do next—updating my PC is essential.

You didn't hear me right—yes, I read your post, and I repeated it multiple times, even with Windows services enabled. The issue persists.

It's really annoying since I don't know what to do. I already have more than 50 software installed, so I don't want to reinstall everything.
