Yes, you can disable features, but Windows 10 is already highly optimized. You’ll need a very slow processor to make it feel sluggish.

Install Spybot Anti-Beacon to disable tracking and registry changes. Set it to run at startup.

Adjust privacy settings in Settings → Privacy → turn off unnecessary options. If an app behaves oddly, it will notify you.

Ensure you’re not logged into Windows with a Microsoft account. Log out of any linked apps like Outlook or Mail.

Use a tool such as C-Cleaner or BleachBit. Run a malware scan with Malwarebytes (not Windows Defender).
