For some time, I've considered reducing the size of my computer case, and I’m uncertain whether my current cooling system will accommodate a smaller enclosure. Currently, I use an NZXT Phantom 410 combined with a Cryorig M9a as my cooler, and I’m hoping to transition to a Corsair Carbide 88r. PCpartpicker indicates there are no compatibility problems, though I remain skeptical about this assessment.

You perform well.
This recent instance accommodates a radiator up to 150 millimeters and your Cryorig M9a measures 125 millimeters.
Considering your motherboard is M-ATX, you are appropriately sized for this setup.
