Hey there, I adjusted my CPU Lite Load to 1 and it worked well. It helped fix the overheating problem I was having. The Core TDP went down from 200W to 140W, which is a big improvement. During turbo mode, I lost about 40MHz on the cores and 20MHz on the ECCs—still within normal ranges. I’m not sure about CPU Lite Load itself, but it seems like a smart dynamic undervolting method. Running these settings long-term shouldn’t hurt, unless you notice any weird behavior. You definitely saved a lot of heat!
